Request privacy

The polishing assistant collects the contact information, project details, preferences and photos you submit so MK Aluminum Polishing can review your request and contact you about the work.

Project photos

Upload only photos you have permission to share. Avoid people, private documents and unrelated personal information. Customer-uploaded photos are stored privately for owner review and are not automatically added to the public gallery.

Contact and care follow-up

Sending a request authorizes contact about that request. Repeat-care follow-up is optional and has a separate checkbox. Choosing a care plan is an expression of interest; it does not enroll you in a paid subscription.

Appointments and prices

All online requests and selected business windows remain preliminary. Masen approves job scope, final pricing, travel charges and appointments. Nothing is charged through this form.

Apparel orders

When the apparel store opens, it collects the contact, delivery and order details needed to process and fulfill your purchase. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by MK. Connected email services send order receipts and alerts.

An essential cart cookie keeps your cart and private order summary available in the browser you used to shop. Apparel purchases are separate from polishing requests and care-plan interest.

Questions or changes

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw optional care follow-up permission, contact Masen at maenk19@icloud.com. Include your request reference; do not post personal details publicly.

The site uses an essential secure session cookie for owner sign-in and temporary rate-limit information to reduce abusive submissions. No customer account is required.
